Good day Ben. 50 years ago I lived in Cairo. Working with a geophysical seismic survey company. We covered a lot of the Qatara depression mapping out sub surface geological structures.
At that time I was able to climb all over the Pyramids at Gizza. A Whites metal detector in hand went off the scale and started to vibrate in my hand. It scared the living daylights out of me!
I figured this was a warning…
After reporting this to my superiors, I was sent to the African Congo where they said I would not get into too much trouble.
