  1. Hey, saw your video. Thought I’d chime in and say those reminded me of injection molds; tops and bottoms. Perhaps the cog part is to split the top and bottom when it is finished.

    Also thought crossed my mind that they might of been part of water/air reservoirs (again top and bottoms). Thus, the water/air or water would be stored “within the walls” or for “overflow”.
