Solstice Stream – Today! 3PM PST

Happy Solstice! Livestreaming today, 3PM PST.  Going to cover a few things:
– Astronomical and historical significance of xmas
– a follow up to my last livestream looking at wikipedia bias as it relates to the younger dryas
– reviewing raw footage from some sites you may not have seen before
– Q&A, talking with chat!

hit me up with any questions here, I’ll try to cover them in the stream.

I’ll likely be streaming afterwards (post stream stream) on my twitch channel: twitch.tv/malaria177

  1. When you say “Believe in the Younger Dryas”, I can believe in the date, the temperature change, the sea-level rises, the vegetation fires, etc. I can believe in all this….
But do not know how to differentiate between impact and a solar flare/nova, which may or may not be associated with an earth crustal shift.
Have you addressed this on your youtube channel?

Have you addressed the possible approx 12,500 year periodicity and repetition of events similar, but of different magnitude, to the Younger-Dryas?

    1. The extraterrestrial Platinum spikes, (and Iridium, but Platinum is much more prevalent) and the possible crater at Hiawatha are strong indicators of impact. I’ve talked about both on my channel, but I do intend to do a video looking specifically at the evidence for the younger dryas across the peer reviewed papers as well as the other macro evidence (randall carlson’s work etc). I also believe we had solar events during this period, it wasn’t just the younger dryas, there were significant ups and downs in climate (bolling-allerod etc). Schoch’s work is interesting, and there certainly seems like there’s room for more than one type of cataclysm. We’ve still got much to learn about the behaviour of the sun.
