Podcast with Christopher Dunn!

Christopher Dunn is an engineer and author, with an extensive background as a craftsman. He has nearly 50 years experience working at every level of high tech and precision manufacturing in the laser and aerospace industries.

Chris has authored two books that investigate the evidence for ancient technology that is contained in in the structures and objects from our distant past. I think that these books, 1998s ‘the giza power plant’ and 2010’s ‘Lost Technologies of Ancient Egypt’ should be recognized as amongst the most important and pivotal works on ancient civilizations in our time.

This podcast was a real treat for me, and I want to sincerely thank Chris for granting me some of his time. We cover a lot of topics in our talk, and I’ve added video and images in spots to help illustrate some points, and I hope you enjoy the discussion!

  1. Ben.
Thank you for the thought that you put in every one of your productions. This subject may have already come up in one of your videos, as I have not seen all of them. Has anyone done studies on the calories it would have taken to construct some of these megalithic sites? It might be a helpful contribution to the necessity of a more advanced society in the creation of these artifacts, as it might just be impossible to feed the numbers of workers, producing on brute force alone.
    Thank You Again,
    Tom Grove

  2. What is Dunn’s conclutions over the Great pyramid really ?

-Non of that was discussed in the podcast ( as I did hope )
I guess he is into a machine/electric function here.
After I did note ( from a Youtube video ) he was into the idea was to pour some kind of liquid into the shaft, so I newer read the book.
Why has that angle and 30 meter up and get that thing up there ?
-Do not make sense to me.

    Anotherthing.
We don’t get much said and done by use a ’quallity’ angle tool.
What is needed here is laser technomogy as ex a Faro Vantage laser tracker.

  3. Hello Ben. My name is Jason. I am a big fan of your series, and believe fully that there was either many advanced civilizations in the distant past, or one global world government. I fully agree that many of the unexplained objects of precision from the far past simply could not have been made with out some form of advanced technology. I could not find a way to email you, so I want to pose a question to you about your thoughts on the subject of ancient India, and the possibility of them having flying machines known as Viamana’s. Do you believe that people from such a distant past could have the vast knowledge to create such vehicles? And, do you think that there is any possibility or evidence that some of ancient civilization could have been wiped out from an interstellar or nuclear war fought by the ancient Indians or Atlanteans? It is a subject that your work has brought me upon, and has me wondering what your thoughts are on the subject. If you have already addressed this, then I am sorry for wasting your time.

    Thanks, Jason.

  4. Been so busy with everything going on. But I wanted to circle back and thank you for another phenomenal job. About to give it the good second watch it deserves. Appreciate you brother, this work is of monumental importance, time will tell.

  5. Hello Ben. I have only recently become aware of your site[s]. Congratulations, its great stuff.
I have researched, modestly, along similar lines and agree with many of your observations. Much of our academic Egyptology is based on Middle Kingdom records of what they inherited…and didn’t understand …then all that was ‘discovered’ and re-interpreted by non-tech, Eurocentric Biblical Christian scholars of the 18-19th centuries. Interestingly, if you go back to Petrie in 1890s, he actually recorded some similar examples of ‘machined’ granite etc …but modern Egyptologists claim he was mistaken. I don’t think so.
I have recorded many supportive observations at http://www.a-different-story.com where you may find some snippets of material of interest

  6. I posted this on YouTube but wanted feedback. I watched the robot, the dentist, the pyramid on your suggestion and was shocked I had not herd of this. Even more shocked hawass gave the go ahead. The copper in the door for me is a big problem in an alternative timeline on events. As is this new find of ( what there calling red oaker markings ). Both seem to indicate the mainstream timeline. Now my other comment put forth a scenario where kufue repaired it, pointing to the Inside copper ” knobs” being used to lower that block into place from the outside somehow. It was much thinner and beveled. But what of those red markings? Were they on the door block or the floor in the space? Mark’s anywhere but the door indicate access to the space and is not good for the repair view. What are your thoughts? Because I think everyone would agree copper and red paint so far in, newly discovered, and sealed is very hard evidence for a mainstream timeline. Also do you know what was in the other shafts, as far as copper pipes of some kind. I remember seeing them in a shaft. I think it was the original one they went in. Your thoughts on that? Thx. P.s. good vids. Your channel was a nice find, I’m tired of youtube recommending space alien crap. Dont get me wrong I love a real discussion about UFOs but this gia channel crap is killing a serious discussion.

  7. Hi Ben
Do you think a chemical saw could have been used to cut and bore the stone? Since they found sulfuric acid residue in the King’s Chamber and also the Bagdad battery could have been used to plate the copper to resist the acid.
