Were Ancient Computers used to Create this Artifact?

Hi all!

Hope everyone is doing well – I’m back from a month of travel and am excited to get out this next video! It might be a big claim – but it’s definitely not clickbait, and it seems to be exactly where the evidence is leading us in this remarkable investigation into the predynastic ancient egyptian granite vase.

Were forms of computers and sophisticated machining processes used in deep antiquity? Startling new evidence is leading us to some very interesting conclusions along these lines. This video is further analysis of the Ancient Egyptian, pre-dynastic granite vase that has been the previous subject of some of my recent work – and the outcome of this work is, frankly, revelatory, and fundamentally challenging to everything we think we know about the history and capabilities of ancient civilizations on this planet.

A mathematical and geometric analysis of the structured-light scan results was performed by Mark (and colleague) of the https://unsigned.io website, who reverse-engineered the vase to reveal not only the mathematical system most likely used to design the vase, but the very algorithms that define it, and the depth of mathematical interrelation encoded in it. Using purely the mathematical design he created a CAD model and found it conformed to the actual artifact with microscopic levels of precision.

Want to find out just how deep the rabbit hole goes on the topic of ancient technology? Join me in this video as we explore and explain the amazing results of this most recent analysis of this remarkable ancient object.

  1. Hey, love the channel, I have always been into this kind of stuff.

I do 3D modeling and would love to do some projects together.

Drop me an email if you ever want to have something figured out, my job is figuring out structures.

    1. We are CT scanning the vases which will give us accurate and detailed modeling of the interiors. You can’t scan the interior with structured light rigs.

  2. Unreal, the level of precision and how they made these is incredible. Also, the number of them that they made is quite remarkable. I am sure if you got the opportunity to scan others, similar patterns would emerge.

I would be curious to know if you had thought about doing any mineralogical studies of different buildings built out of the pyramid casing stones? I am sure you could find buildings made of those stones and maybe be able to test the casing stones that way. I am sure you might find some…liquification….homogeneous material…signs in those stones.

  3. Ben , unless im missing someone elses podcasts , your the man and your a trailblazer . Im disabled or I would donate to your channel , I feel guilty watching all your hard work for free , but please know im beyond grateful. Im not the brightest mind out there but i dont understand all the ignorance or closed minds in an age when humans have such incredible technological advances , but are so mindless as a majority in beliefs. The Hunter Biden laptop isnt real, and the Dynastic Egyptians made all that shit. We are so divided on everything , even things that are so obviously misreported, and we are going to be the humans that probably end up blowing all those marvels up after theyve stood the test of time. Ask a scientist ..or Neil Degrass Tyson , his thoughts on the pyramids and everything else that remains and their ages ..or ..if Aliens or who did all of that . And he , and most will smugly laugh at the implication or Aliens or whoever . I would love for someone to ask him how much money roughly has been spent on all the telescopes and equipment pointed at space.. and his excitement over looking for black holes and other burned out stars .. who the F#@k cares ? Who cares about the big bang and distant galaxies. Why are we so afraid to just look in real detail at what weve got right here or underwater . Whats a black hole or a particle collider going to give any kind of closure or fulfillment and joy to, but a bunch of closed minded dorks. So much money and research on shit that means nothing . Imagine if all this time they had put all the funding and research into the many sights on THIS planet , we would probably know if Bob Lazar was legit and who the hell made all these impossible sites and items or even knew a little more than what youve uncovered . Im gettin old Ben , so “chop chop ” and get to the bottom of some of this shit … can you scan the Shist DIsk next ? I look forward to what your going to uncover next Ben, .. think abut this ,, you might solve the most insane concept of humankind because your a cool dude with interest in a very cool concept that has the answer for you out there somewhere ,, you will go down in History with Tesla and Einstein by just not being a f#@jubg idiot or such a shallow grandstanding race credit seeking douche that would rather rob all humanity of possible insight on what really happened … he knows it wasnt the people 4000 yrs ago , solve it before i die and Zahi dies buddy and follow your spot on insinct.. You can do it Ben ……..I just watched this tonight https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mwCsW2VgEPg arent theyre quarries or evidence of the blocks where they were cut from ? Who is this guy Ben …anyway ,,, cant wait to see what you uncover next buddy.

  4. Ben,
As I am not on any social media and having trouble navigating the website this is the only place I can find to leave a message. This comment is actually regarding episode 23 of your podcast with the Snake Brothers. You had a very interesting conversation that went to a lot of places and it made think the following thought: these guys really need to listen to episode 386 of Peter Robinson’s Uncommon Knowledge podcast. The episode is titled By Design. I listen to lots of podcasts and I haven’t heard evidence that challenges mainstream more than this one does since the first time I heard Graham Hancock on Joe Rogan. I strongly recommend this podcast to you and the serpent brothers too. Hope this message finds you. Dennis

  5. Where are the tools and machines used to fashion these artifacts? That question may be answered simply: scavengers who followed generations later had no idea what the machines or tools were or what they did, but the metals were certainly useful and valuable.

    1. You could fit all the metal found from ancient egyptian excavations into a very small room. Metal gets smelted and reused, or it oxidizes (not gold etc obviously). It’s incredibly rare to find it. Not for nothing but there has not been a been a copper drag saw or tube drill found either – and these are the tools the standard model claims were used to cut the millions of tons of granite and basalt. Also no depictions on walls of that sort of work on stone, although they do show some techniques used on wood.

      1. Hello, Ben. I also want to join all others to say that you are doing a truly wonderful job on Egypt. As to the tool issue, it is a total conandrum what they were, what happened to them and how long into dynastic times(!) they remained in use. Chris Dunn has shown us that machine tools must have been applied to statues of the New Kingdom and if you look at the laser sharp edges of hieroglyphs on obelisks makes you doubt that copper chisels could have accomplished those…

        1. They’re not laser sharp glyphs. they’re done with chisels, probably flint, and you can see the tool marks in the corners.

          1. It would be of great value to find a set of hieroglyphs from the oldtimers to find out if the dynastic egypts still used the original meaning of these signs. And if it is the same, how this was preserved over thousands of years when these people were thrown back into the stoneage.

  6. Hi Ben, I am new to your channel having picked up in Bright Insight some years ago. Jimmy mentioned you.
    A few points:
    1. There is no way that any of the vases could be produced without some kind of advanced capability. Pre CNC machining such work was possible on metals and wood for example with manual operation of the tools involved. I started in industry at this point. I would doubt that such work could possibly be managed on granite for instance even now due to the delicacy of the material as the thickness reduces and the tearing action of the tool ripping the harder material out against the softer material. Quartz is about 9 on the MOHs scale from memory, most of the other content is softer.

    2. Highly unlikely to be a casting and polishing process. For example anything cast would have a repeated element. The idea that a vase or a larger granite box was cast is not likely. You also mention that the point of origin is often known in the form of a quarry. The idea of a casting technique seems to have evolved from a Russian analysis of some surface (?) material from a polygonal construction in South America. In this case my thoughts are that the surface my well resemble a cast product, but this was not the result of casting it was a product of the process which (in some way) allowed the blocks to align.

    3. The use of modern point cloud techniques is a really good idea and this highlights the accuracy of the vase. Such accuracy would be impossible without some advanced capabilities. Would this need a computer? In our modern understanding, almost certainly yes, but historically the use of a former as a guide might make this possible. However, the need for a number of rotations (ref your video) makes the use of a former much more challenging and probably impossible.

    4. In summary, there is undoubtedly a lost capability which covers an awful lot of oddities most of which are undated, or undatable. The saw marks, and the scoop marks, and the machining marks seen in some locations are all currently unexplainable. The sizes of the objects goes from tonnes to vases. The symmetry and accuracy are not possible with that material today. This raises the question of the material, why are we seeing this type of capability in rock? We would have made a vase in clay and not bothered too much about the absolute accuracy, and the material is much easier to work with. Correct me here but aside from the odd OOPART we have found nothing that would explain any of this. Why rock, why the accuracy, what are we not seeing?

The video and the analysis involved was fantastic and is the only way forwards, well done.

  7. Hi Ben,
I saw you on Koncrete discussing the Great Pyramid. One element of the GP that does get overlooked is the Portocullis area, the access area to the so called King’s Chamber.
I also have a construction, engineering, and tech background and when I was in the GP both times I noted how this area would have been designed to prevent an internal explosion inside the King’s chamber from extending out to the structural elements of the GP. As noted by you and Chris Dunn and I believe Flinders Petrie the Kings Chamber has undergone some kind of “event” that caused it to expand and the granite has been scorched.
During a trip to Governor’s Island in NYC I noted an ammunitions building that had the same kind of entrance into the ordinance area. The low rise access where you have to bend over to enter. I was told this was to contain an explosion if it were to occur.
I have attached an article from Antiquity a Quarterly Review, which gives an unscrubbed description of the Portocullis. https://gizamedia.rc.fas.harvard.edu/documents/wheeler_antiquity_9_2.pdf

I agree with you that the GP is a machine linked with the other pyramids, and a network of underground waterflowing systems to create and maintain a steady flow of energy that is produced due to all of the quartz crystal stone etc that the Ancient Egyptians utilized in the building process.
I worked with Dr. Hawass and others to save the Obelisk in Central Park. I have attached the episode from America Unearthed, with Scott Wolter and I discussing this event.
