I’ve received a few enquires about a STL file for the pre-dynastic granite vase that would be suitable for 3D printing. Many thanks to Bill Seiler for both creating this resource and for sending me a few copies of the vase!
Check out my three posts containing videos discussing this remarkable artifact, if you haven’t seen them already:
Early Bird discounts apply for registrations till Sept 1st, 2023!
It’s here! Our next Egypt trip is available and it’s going to be a special one.
Join myself (Ben van Kerkwyk from UnchartedX), Kyle and Russ Allen from The Brothers of the Serpent Podcast, as well as expert guide Yousef Awyan from the Khemit School on an epic journey exploring the varied mysteries of ancient high technology across the iconic sites of Egypt, with an optional extension trip to Lebanon to visit the astonishing megalithic site of Baalbek!
This tour will be the trip of a lifetime! It’s a packed itinerary, 16 days, built around 7 ‘special access,’ visits into normally closed areas, 5 star hotels, and a 4 night Nile Cruise. Come explore the mysteries of Ancient Egypt with a friendly and fun group of interested, open minded people. As has become tradition, our tours will also feature live music from your hosts!
In a rarely seen part of the ancient granite quarry in Aswan, Egypt, there is evidence for a gigantic block, possibly larger than the unfinished obelisk being extracted in ancient times. What’s more, there are strong indications here that this was done in pre-dynastic times, before the Ancient Egyptian civilization ever begun their own quarrying operations on this site.
Join me as we investigate the so-called ‘harbor’ area of the quarry, and examine the evidence for pre-dynastic quarry operations, and the removal of a massive block of granite in antiquity.
Many thanks to Simon Reynolds of Kinetik for the awesome new intro animation!
I recently sat down with Gary from Nerdrotic and crew to talk all things ancient mysteries! I was pumped for this as I’ve been a fan of the Nerdrotic channel for years, I hope you enjoy the podcast!
Join me as well as Kyle and Russ Allen from the Brothers of the Serpent Podcast as we review our recent trip to Turkey – and the observations made at sites like Gobekli Tepe, Karahan Tepe, Sogmatar, and Mt Nemrut!
Hope everyone is doing well – I’m back from a month of travel and am excited to get out this next video! It might be a big claim – but it’s definitely not clickbait, and it seems to be exactly where the evidence is leading us in this remarkable investigation into the predynastic ancient egyptian granite vase.
Were forms of computers and sophisticated machining processes used in deep antiquity? Startling new evidence is leading us to some very interesting conclusions along these lines. This video is further analysis of the Ancient Egyptian, pre-dynastic granite vase that has been the previous subject of some of my recent work – and the outcome of this work is, frankly, revelatory, and fundamentally challenging to everything we think we know about the history and capabilities of ancient civilizations on this planet.
A mathematical and geometric analysis of the structured-light scan results was performed by Mark (and colleague) of the https://unsigned.io website, who reverse-engineered the vase to reveal not only the mathematical system most likely used to design the vase, but the very algorithms that define it, and the depth of mathematical interrelation encoded in it. Using purely the mathematical design he created a CAD model and found it conformed to the actual artifact with microscopic levels of precision.
Want to find out just how deep the rabbit hole goes on the topic of ancient technology? Join me in this video as we explore and explain the amazing results of this most recent analysis of this remarkable ancient object.
The Sphinx Temple has been closed to the public for decades, but within its walls are clues to its mysterious past. Buried for millennia, the temple’s modern excavation and connection to age-old stories of the Sphinx, it’s ‘pedestal,’ and hidden, subterranean chambers have led to a history of secretive expeditions and explorations in recent times. Behind the locked gates is also found compelling evidence for advanced technology, wrought in stone, and indications of mysterious, functional infrastructure possibly leading into unexplored shafts and chambers, in the bedrock below one of the most famous monuments in the world, the Great Sphinx of Giza.
I had the privilege of entering the Sphinx Temple in 2022, and I hope you’ll join me as we investigate the history of this structure, it’s connection to the Sphinx, the evidence for high tech stonework and unexplored subterranean features, and the history of secretive expeditions in and around this area of the Giza Plateau.
I’ll be joining Yousef on his ‘Primordial Egypt’ tour, running from October 28-November 10, 2023. He has put a great itinerary together, and I can’t wait to get back to Egypt again!
Check out the link to an excellent article just released with further analysis of the scanned granite vase. I was very happy to read this, it’s EXACTLY what we had hoped would happen with the public release of the STL data. Mark at unsigned.io has furthered our understanding of just how remarkable this ancient artifact is – and there are some jaw dropping insights here.
I think a lot of this work shows design intent – in that the artifact must have been designed in some system and then fabricated, rather than just created, by hand and eye, with primitive tools. Of course, when it comes to the many examples of ancient precision and technology, this has been my hypothesis all along, and I have to say it is very gratifying to see this reflected in the data. The implications of this data are truly staggering for our understanding of history – which I suppose is the real reason behind some of the mainstream resistance to any of these ideas, or this data.
Very highly recommended!
Also, if you’re a twitter user, one of my very own Patrons Marián Marčiš@mariusderomanu3 (on twitter) is also doing excellent work and analysis of the vase!
This video is an update and continuation from my last video diving into the structured light scanning results from a pre-dynastic, ancient Egyptian granite vase.
In this one, we get into some further analysis (including the area between the vase handles) and I’m happy to say the full scan file or STL file is now available, you can download it right here (below) in this post!
I also get into some of the response generated by the last video, and share with you the rest of my conversation with Alex, Nick and Adam.
